Sean Lefkovits is the founder of SL Property Group. He has over 15 years of real estate investment, development and operational experience in the New York City market. He is responsible for all deal negotiations as well as domestic and international capital raising and investor relations.
Prior to SL Property Group, in 2017 Sean co-founded Davean Holdings, which became one of the most active real estate investment companies in NYC. Davean Holdings successfully transacted on over $600 million of real estate with a private, global and institutional investment base.
Previously, Sean was one of the top investment sales brokers in NYC. He was responsible for completing over 150 real estate transactions and was recognized by Commercial Observer as a top 30 under 30 real estate professional in NYC.
Sean graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Economics..
Lance Lefkovits is a Managing Director at SL Property Group. He is responsible for acquisitions and asset management for the firm’s investment portfolio and oversees the construction and redevelopment of assets.
Previously, Lance was a Managing Director at Davean Holdings for six years where he helped source and redevelop over 30 properties. Prior to Davean Holdings, Lance spent five years working as a strategic consultant for investment banks across New York and London, including Morgan Stanley, Barclay’s Investment Group and Deutsche Bank AG.
Lance graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.Sc and a focus on business and psychology.
Ryan is a Vice President at SL Property Group, overseeing all acquisition, financing, development, and asset management activities.
Prior to SL Property Group, Ryan was an Associate at Davean Holdings where he was directly involved in the acquisition, financing, and repositioning of 30 multifamily properties throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Ryan also spent 3 years at Silverback Development where he supported the acquisition, pre-development, and construction of over 1.2 million square feet of multifamily and condominium projects and $500 million in debt and equity financing.
Ryan graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in International Political Economics and Development.
